Building styles
Same galvanized steel arch system, three profiles. The right one depends on what goes inside.
Full Arch
The classic half-circle Quonset. The arch is the structure, so there is nothing to sag or rot. It sheds snow on its own and uses the least steel per square foot, which keeps the price down.
Straight-Wall
Vertical steel walls with an arched roof on top. You keep usable floor space right to the edges, and overhead doors, man doors, and windows fit like they would in a framed building.
High-Clearance
Tall straight walls before the arch starts, for equipment that does not fit under a low curve. Lifts, stacked pallets, tall farm machinery, racking, all clear.
Common sizes
Widths and lengths we quote most. Lengths step in small increments, so anything between works too.

Center heights are approximate for full-arch profiles. Straight-wall and high-clearance styles add wall height below the arch. Every building is sized and quoted to order, so send your numbers and we will spec it exactly.
Options and finishes
A steel shell is the start. These are the upgrades customers ask for most.
Endwalls and doors
Steel endwalls with overhead doors, sliding doors, and man doors cut to fit. Tell us the door sizes and we build the wall around them.
Insulation
Spray foam or blanket insulation for heated shops and year-round work space. Ask at quote time and we will include it in the price.
Windows and skylights
Natural light without wiring. Skylight panels in the roof and windows in the endwalls keep the interior bright all day.
Ventilation
Ridge vents, louvers, and exhaust fans for shops, barns, and livestock. Moves heat and fumes out, keeps air fresh.
Foundation ready
Most buildings sit on a level gravel pad. Pouring a slab? We will give you the anchor layout before the concrete truck shows up.
Engineered drawings
Need stamped drawings for a permit? We can arrange engineered specs for your municipality. Ask when you request your quote.
Kit or full build, your call
Every style and size above is available as a DIY kit delivered anywhere in Canada, or as a full build where our crew handles everything from panels to final bolt. Kits come with hardware and instructions. Full builds are typically standing in 2 to 5 days.
