Open roles
Two ways to earn with Quonset Place. Pick the one that fits you.
Crew Worker
Build steel buildings. Bolt panels, set endwalls, anchor base rails, finish the details. Outdoor hands-on work on real job sites around Winnipeg and Manitoba. No experience needed to start, but reliability is everything. You get paid after the customer confirms the job is done right.
Quoter
Talk to customers, price buildings, and close quotes. You take the incoming quote requests, work out the size and options with the customer, and send the number. Paid per quote you handle, so the more you close, the more you earn. Work from your phone.
How it works
Simple on purpose. No interviews in suits.
Apply
Email or text us your name, the role you want, and any experience. That is the whole application.
Quick chat
We call or text back, ask a few questions, and tell you what the next job looks like.
First job
Crew workers join a build. Quoters start answering quote requests with our pricing guide.
Get paid
Pay goes out after the customer confirms the job. Do good work and there is always more of it.
The one rule
Quoters quote. Workers build. Nobody gets paid until the customer confirms. That is what keeps the crew honest and the customers happy, and it is why the work keeps coming.
Apply now
Takes two minutes. We reply to every application.
